4. Deposits and Payment Methods

The information provided at the time of deposit must match the details of your registered account. Third-party deposits are not accepted, and 77c77 reserves the right to cancel such transactions.
5. Withdrawal Process
The following conditions must be met before requesting a withdrawal:
- identity verification must be completed on the account;
- the withdrawal amount must be at least ৳500;
- if any bonus has been used, the related wagering requirements must be fulfilled;
- it is recommended that the deposit method and withdrawal method be the same.
Successful withdrawal requests are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. If additional verification is needed, it may take slightly longer. Once a request is submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.
6. Currency and Conversion
All transactions on 77c77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If any conversion fee applies, it will be displayed before the transaction. 77c77 will not be liable for any loss due to currency exchange rates.

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, if a bonus code applies, it must be entered at the time of registration.

8. Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
Wagering Example
৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.
The following conditions apply to wagering:
- the wagering requirement is 15x (on the bonus amount only);
- bonus bets may not count in certain games — contact support for details;
- if wagering is not completed within the bonus validity period, the bonus may be forfeited.
9. Bonus Abuse
If 77c77 determines that a user is abusing bonus benefits — such as opening multiple accounts, providing false information, or manipulating gameplay — the right is reserved to cancel the bonus and suspend the account. Whether promotional offers can be combined with each other will be stated in the individual terms of each offer.

77c77's VIP program has four tiers. Regular weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

11. Prohibited Activities

- operating an account using a false identity;

12. Account Suspension and Closure
If evidence is found of involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above, 77c77 may suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice. The decision to forfeit funds rests solely at 77c77's discretion, and all such decisions are final.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time. Contact the support channel to make a request. It is possible to withdraw the available balance (subject to wagering requirements being met) before the account is closed.
13. Betting Rules
The acceptance of any bet in 77c77 sports betting is determined at the platform's discretion. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the right is reserved to cancel bets accepted at those odds. Bet outcomes depend on results provided by official sports authorities.
